Use of the App

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the respective store.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, and game design, is owned by TidalAurum, LLC and is protected by copyright law.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

Limitation of Liability

TidalAurum, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
